Space Time Permutation Scan Statistics untuk Mendeteksi Hotspot Kriminalitas di Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat

چکیده
Space time permutation scan statistics merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam mengidentifikasi kelompok daerah memiliki risiko tinggi ( hotspot ) atau rendah coldspot dari suatu kejadian luar biasa berdasarkan aspek ruang dan waktu. Metode ini hanya membutuhkan data kasus yaitu waktu lokasi untuk mendeteksi tanpa populasi. Pada penelitian ini, akan ditentukan pencurian motor di Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat periode Desember 2019 sampai dengan November 2020 menggunakan harian curanmor bersumber Kepolisian Resort Padang. Penelitian juga spasial masing-masing tempat bantuan satelit Goggle Earth Pro . Daerah signifikan secara statistik berpotensi menjadi diambil Likelihood Ratio Test (LRT) ditetapkan scanning window nilai LRT tertinggi nilai- p < 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapat software SaTScan, 5 calon kandidat , 2 berpusat Padang Timur meliputi Timur, Selatan Lubuk Begalung Pauh Pauh, Koto Tangah Kilangan.
